The number of filled circles on a card can represent a number, but these filled circles may be aligned differently, or the filled circles might be contained within a grid. Alternatively, some cards might show both filled and unfilled circles, with the number of filled circles representing the number. These are just different ways of depicting the same numeric quantity.
